Bibles Needed

Rev Shepp Sheppard
Reverend Shepp Sheppard		 On August 16th we had Ricardo “Shepp” Sheppard, Coordinator of the Hudson River Pres-bytery Prison Partnership, as our guest preacher. Shepp has told us that the Prison Partner-ship’s source for Bibles used in the Partnership’s programs in local New York State prisons has dried up.

If anyone has extra Bibles at home that they are able to donate, please bring them to the church office.

The Prison Partnership of Hudson River Presbytery envisions empowered and passionate disciples embodying Christ's call to set free everyone imprisoned by walls, or by their own attitudes. They share in a mission to raise awareness in our congregations around prison is-sues in New York State, by telling stories, building relationships, changing hearts and minds, and transforming systems -- in order to set us all at liberty.
